SHIPPING & RETURNS
Standard dispatch for all orders is 5 working days following embroidery / print / engraving designs approval, however at peak times the dispatch time could be longer. If you need your order by a specific date we will try and work towards this with you, but we can only guarantee a dispatch date if you select and pay for our express dispatch service.
Please note, dispatch is dependent on you promptly responding to any communication from Stitchesrus/ForceGear, such as to approve an artwork/embroidery proof or print. Failure to do so may impact on our ability to meet the originally specified time frame.
In the unlikely event that the item you receive is faulty, you can contact us to arrange a refund or an exchange.
Any item returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and complete with tags.
Where it is our mistake (for example we sent wrong thing or what you received is faulty) we will reimburse you for economy return postage and full refund.
If it is your mistake (for example you bought the wrong size, colour) we will accept a return for an exchange.
Items offered for sale that have been personalised (embroidered, printing or engraved) and that have been made to order for you cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Due to the personalising of your garment/product we cannot accept returns on garments for reasons of sizing or colour. So please make sure size, colour and embroidery/print instructions you give us are entirely accurate.
Ordering the correct product is the customers’ responsibility.
